Here I track examples of games where I helped with the German translations.
Completed Project 1: Lords of Xulima
An epic RPG experience that can take 100 or more hours to complete. German translation was done by me in collaboration with Philip Hübner. You can see the German version in this Let´s Play.

Reception of the translation:
"Die deutsche Übersetzung ist wirklich sehr gut gelungen und das Spiel macht einen riesen Spaß, auch wenn man mal eins auf die Nase bekommt. :)" - Cedunir
Means: "The German translation is done well and the game is enormously fun, even when it sometimes punishes the player. :)"
"Die Übersetzung ist großartig und das Game macht nun noch mehr Laune." - L S
Means: "The translation is great and the game is now even more fun."
Completed Project 2: Juiced!
This game is an enjoyable retro platformer with colorful graphics and, interestingly enough, quite a lot of cutscenes and dialogues. It reminds me a lot of the old games on DOS, with all the fruit collecting and secrets to find.

Completed Project 3: Prisoner 518!
An atmospheric VR game that sees you struggling to survive on a space prison that is invaded by mysterious forces. This game is not for the weak of heart since the VR intensifies the fealing of dread that is omnipresent on this doomed spacestation.

This translation was a bit more difficult than the others. For once, I don´t own a VR kit so the developer had to play the game for me. I watched countless times through the video material to catch every snippet of text on monitors in distant corners or on the ceiling. There is not much text in the game, but what is there is short and the translation must be precise or else some riddles may no longer work.
